The Lyra (or Aerial Hoop) class builds on the foundational skills and aerialist vocabulary introduced in Lyra 1. As with all other aerial arts, flexibility, grace and full-body strength will be emphasized.

Pre-Requisites: Pull-Over on Lyra (hips rolled over the bar, belly down), Full Split, At least one session of Lyra 1, or instructor permission.
