This class will focus on building a movement vocabulary on the static trapeze, which builds on the foundations of Trapeze 1 In addition to being able to monkey around, students are challenged to develop core and upper body strength that will allow for the progression of skills on the static trapeze. As with all other aerial arts, flexibility, grace and full-body strength will be emphasized. Prior completion of Intro to Aerials is suggested, but not mandatory.
Pre-Requisites: Invert on ropes (turn upside down on trapeze ropes), 10 full beats on high trapeze, dismount, and stand on bar without direct spot. Trapeze 1, or Instructor Permission.
