CircEsteem strives to make circus available to all students regardless of financial means. To serve this mission, we offer financial aid to eligible participants. In order to qualify for scholarship or sliding scale, please fill out this form and submit parental documentation of ONE of the following:
- Federal Tax Return from this year or last year (Please black out any social security numbers for safety)
- Proof of government assistance (such as: Benefits Eligibility Letter, Medicaid card, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)/Supplemental Security Income (SSI) letter).
- Or, if you cannot provide any of the above, a Letter of Extenuating Circumstances explaining your situation.

*SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF SESSION MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
*Families will be notified within 2 weeks if their requests have been approved. Once approved, CircEsteem will process the request and enroll your student in available classes.
A new financial aid form must be submitted at the beginning of CircEsteem’s programming year in or at the time of program sign up.
